Brook Packard of The Sleepytime Club joined me for a brilliant Magic Chat about sleep, and what happens to our brains when we aren’t exposed to artificial light and able to follow our natural rhythms.
We discuss what bi-phasic sleep and the mystical, creative state that we can access around 4.30am could have meant for our ancestors and those who are able to sleep this way today.
And we chat through how much creativity, mysticism and magic are needed today as we negotiate the challenges of being human… it’s a good one!
