TAKE WING: Chapter 1
June New Moon
Below is our first video, for the June new moon! It's time to pop the kettle on, grab your journal or whatever you like to make notes on, and snuggle up for a few minutes. I'm creating shorter, more frequent videos and eBooks for this course, this is the first one setting the scene with some invitations of what to do next, and I will be introducing the guides we'll be working with as we go along.
Here's the introductory eBook for June, packed with journal prompts and other goodies, which you can print if you like or print pages to stick in your journal or grimoire.
The first guide we are meeting this moon is Swallow. Here's the eBook all about them, and the video is below.
And here's the guided meditation:
Our second guide for the moon is Rose, and here's the eBook for Rose.
I've made a little Solstice Special eBook for you :)
And here's the video for Solstice, with some ideas and inspiration from me (and my little one Tristan!) involving roses, from a rainy midsummer day in the South of England.
If you're in the UK, and spot a stag beetle too, you can record your sightings here. Sharing data about the creatures you see, especially the rarer ones, is so helpful for nature conservation.
Here's a follow up to the Solstice video, with what we did with the rose petals we gathered:
Time for tea...? Here's a little recipe to try featuring rose, meadowsweet, nettle and cacao:
