February New Moon and Animal Guide

Below is our final video, for the February new moon!  It's time to pop the kettle on, grab your journal your journal or whatever you like to make notes on, and snuggle up as we meet Moth :) 

The video will ask you to pause to do some reflecting at the beginning, again to watch the YouTube playlist of elephant hawk moth videos (there isn't any stock footage in the film of our guide this time) and then there's a final pause for you to go listen to the guided meditation, before coming back to watch the last part.  The whole process takes about an hour.
